honey sweetened, shallot & parsley butter then served with
mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
Beef Short Ribs Firenzia
prime grade, boneless beef short ribs baked slow & low in a rich tomato, red wine & beef stock then served with it's pan juices on a bed of polenta and fresh sauteed spinach
Bistro Special: Fresh Northwest True Cod
a little bit smaller portion...olive oil poached then served in a
light asparagus cream with a spoonful of rice
